The Sites and Apps report may take 48+ hours to populate with data after the campaign launches.

The Audience report may take 7+ days to populate with data after the campaign launches, and may never populate for smaller campaigns.

If the campaigns have been live for longer than 48 hours and you still aren't seeing any data

  1. Check to see if you have an Ad Blocker installed. If you do, disable it for app.adlibmediagroup.com
  2. Otherwise try these steps  1. Log Out > 2. Clear Your Cache > 3. Hard Reload the Page > 4. Log Back In
